How do I set up an account with NeuroScience?

Accounts can be created by clicking the Healthcare Provider Overview tab and selecting Create An Account. NeuroScience accounts are held by licensed healthcare providers and your professional information will be requested to process your new account. How do I log into the NeuroScience website?

The login area can be found at the top right corner of any page on the website. To log in, you will need your username and password.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you forgot your password, you can click the “Forgot Password” button on the login window. Enter your username or email address associated with your account. An email will be sent with a link to reset your password.
